Kept up to date
WordPress, its theme and its plugins are updated, and the things that break when they are updated get fixed. A site we built is not a site we walk away from.
Changed when you need it
A new page, a price list, a staff change, a promotion: tell us what you want and we make the change, on an hourly basis or a care plan, whichever suits how often things change.
Website care, for sites we did not build
Most of the websites we look after were built by someone else. If your site is on WordPress, we can host it, keep it updated, fix it and change it, without rebuilding it. We also run learning platforms on WordPress: an eLearning platform with five or more learning sites, where we manage the users and the reporting for the organisation that owns it, and a new learning site we built in 2025. Several national food brands have us on call for product and promotion changes to their sites.
We do not name clients without their written consent, so those are descriptions, not logos. The sites for our own four brands, including this one, are built and looked after by us.
How a build runs
- We talk first. What the site is for, who it needs to reach, what you already have (a domain, a logo, photos, old pages worth keeping) and what you do not.
- We write and build. The words matter more than the template, so we write them with you. You see the site on a private address before anyone else does.
- We launch it properly. The domain pointed, the old addresses redirected so nothing a customer bookmarked breaks, the certificate in place, the site in your search console.
- We keep it. Hosting, updates, backups and changes, from then on.
Being found
A site nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. We also do the search work: the technical basics on the site itself, your Google Business Profile, and pages written for what your customers type. SEO for Brisbane businesses has what that covers and what it does not.
What it costs
A build is quoted for the site you need: the number of pages, what has to be written, what has to be migrated. Hosting and care are monthly or yearly lines on the same quote, and the quote says what each covers. How pricing works.
