Why one provider matters
One ticket, not three
When the website, the email and the internet come from different providers, a problem that touches two of them becomes an argument about whose fault it is. With us the site, the email and the connection sit in one ticket queue, and the fault is worked as one ticket.
We know which server, which record, which line
The people who answer have the site on their screen, the DNS record in front of them and the carrier's fault reference in the ticket. Nothing has to be explained from the beginning.
Phones and internet together
Phones run over the internet, so when the connection goes, so do the calls. If both come from us, there is nobody to blame and nobody for you to chase. Many of the businesses that take our phones take their internet from us too, and the quote for both arrives in one proposal.
