Domain names
Registration and renewal
.com.au, .au, .com, .net.au, .org.au and the rest, registered in your name through an accredited Australian registrar. We renew on time rather than leaving a domain to lapse; we have caught one days before it would have been lost.
Transfers
Bringing a domain to us from another provider, or moving it on, with the records kept so the website and the email keep working through the move.
DNS management
The records that point your name at your website, your email and everything else. We host DNS on our own nameservers or on Cloudflare, and we change records when something moves.
The client portal
Renewals, invoices and requests for the domains you hold with us are in the client portal. For anything it does not cover, ring the helpdesk.
Business email
Microsoft 365, set up and managed
Most of our clients' email is Microsoft 365, which we licence, set up and look after: the mailboxes, the shared calendars, the security settings most businesses never turn on, and the move from whatever came before, planned so nobody loses mail.
Simple mailboxes with the site
For a small business that wants a few addresses on its own domain without a Microsoft 365 subscription, mailboxes can live on the same hosting account as the website.
Spam filtering
A filtering service in front of a mailbox, for the businesses whose addresses are published widely and attract the volume that comes with that.
Why a domain matters more than it seems
The domain carries the website, the email and, increasingly, the sign-ins to the systems a business runs on. Losing it, or having it registered in a former employee's name, is a problem that is slow and sometimes impossible to fix. We check who a domain is registered to as part of taking it on.
